STELLAR is an EU funded research consortium that has been studying the use of kidney derived stromal cells for the treatment of kidney disease.

During the lifetime of the project the consortium has combined fundamental insights from kidney development and kidney regeneration with practical applications in preclinical studies and cell therapy protocol design.

All research results gathered during the 5 year project period will be presented during the STELLAR end symposium

Topics that will be discussed are:

• Kidney regeneration
• From kidney development to clinical application
• Kidney scaffolds, machine perfusion, organs on a chip and MSC therapy.
